Thank you's!
It always makes it so worthwhile to receive thank you's from my clients. Here are a few that I would like to share with you. They are all lovely people and if you would personally like to talk to any of one of them about their photography experience with me, then that isn't a problem:
"Symply photography gave us excellent customer service and provided us with some fantastic photos of our big day. We booked them to photograph our wedding. Sharon, our photographer spoke to us a few days before to find out what photos we would like and who we would like in them. She also understood how stressful organising a wedding can be, and she took the stress out of the photography aspect as soon as we booked her. She was flexible with our requests, but also used her expertise to point out what would work well and what wouldn't on our big day. On the actual day she arrived promptly to take photos of myself and my parents and bridesmaids before the ceremony and instantly put us at ease with her friendly manner. Again she was open to any specific photographs we wanted taking. During the ceremony she was very discreet and we hardly knew she was there taking photos until we looked back at them!
She was very good at organising lots of dithering relatives and friends in and out of photos, and the fact that the weather was horrible did not phase her in the slightest. She was more than happy to accommodate any last minute changes or requested photos, and she also managed to take all the photo's that we had originally requested and lots more besides.
It was a pleasure to have her as our photographer. Sharon put the photo's on her website promptly. They were amazing to look at and have provided us with so many lovely reminders of our day. Everyone that has seen the photo's have thought they were excellent, one friend said that if she could get married again she would chose Symply photography to do her photos, as they were much better than the ones she had taken!" " Sharon was the best photographer we could have chosen for our wedding. She met us beforehand to talk through exactly what we wanted, and we loved the fact she wasn't structured to a particular amount of photos, style of photo or wanting us to pose for hours on end - she knew it was our day and not the photographers!
